Our lovely four bedroomed two bathroom property can accommodate up to eight guests.

The rustic country kitchen has all the essentials you need for your stay, electric hob and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and the all-important dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is the utility room where you will find the large fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. There is also and additional sink and ample hanging space for walking gear. The kitchen has the first of the wood-burners perfect giving a cosy feel on winter nights or chilled summer evenings. Should you want nights off from cooking there are plenty of food options nearby the nearest being the Bridge Inn which is less than a mile away and offers a great selection of cask ales and menu choices.

Leading off from the kitchen is the combined dining and lounge area, with two large comfy sofa’s each side of the log-burner (starter supply of logs and fire lighter and instructions provide) with a lovely pine dining table a perfect space for chatting and planning your adventures in this beautiful part of the world.

The cottage has two bathrooms, one is situated on the first floor with a newly tiled double shower, wash basin and toilet. The second is on the top floor and is just outside the top floor bedroom so in essence serves as an en-suite. It has a deep roll top bath perfect for a relaxing soak with wash basin and toilet.
